Our highest goal as per the objective & key results is getting you a new assignment at your current rate or higher. Preferably with a company that does work with not recruitment agencies.

How are we different from traditional recruitment?

Can we start a campaign's straight away?

We need about two weeks before we can kick off any campaigns. This is because your new email address needs to go through a "warm-up" phase. Basically, it needs to show a history of sending emails regularly so that when we start sending out your campaigns, spam filters don't mark it as spam.

What do you expect from me as a client, and what is my time investment?

As this is a collaboration, mutual engagement is key to maximizing the opportunities we uncover together. We expect your proactive participation to reply to the opportunities created. It is essential that we brainstorm about the opportunities created and together determine the best course of action.

Furthermore, attending a brief 30-min check-in every week. Beyond these regular touchpoints, we have a one-off Kick-off meeting, a one-off "Value Proposition" workshop, marketing training and a section on Interview conversion.

In total, we anticipate a time investment from your side of approximately 3 hours per week across these collaborative activities.

What do you mean with lead, and how is it defined?

A potential client who has shown interest in your products or services and whose contact information we've obtained with the goal of following up and potentially making a sale.

The key here is interest. When people engage in work-related conversations with you and we have their contact details, we consider them a lead. Our current focus needs to be on how to effectively convert these leads into actual clients.

How many leads will I get?

Here's what we can promise you:

  • You will be introduced to 100 targeted profiles every week. These are the kind of people who can say yes to your next project.
  • You'll get up to 100% more impressions in just 4 weeks, which helps you stay top of mind in your market.

We can't guarantee an exact number of leads you'll speak to, that depends on your profile, industry, and how you show up in conversations.

What type of CRM are you building, and how do you use it?

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system we are going to create will be made specifically for you, and you will retain full ownership and access even after our collaboration ends. We will be utilizing Brevo.com as the CRM platform.

To automate the tracking of essential interactions within this system, we will integrate Zapier. This allows for the automatic capture and storage of key information such as LinkedIn URLs, email addresses, and the content of written messages, all within your Brevo CRM. We will use the free trier, which is perfect for our mission.

What happens when the initial period of 8 weeks is over?

Our engagement is structured into two distinct phases:

1. Active Collaboration and

2. Post-Collaboration Period.

Recognizing that newly established relationships may not immediately produce outcomes, we operate with a flexible timeframe to allow for natural development. The Active Collaboration phase is characterized by close partnership and active engagement between us, this usually the 4 weeks.

Following this intensive period, we transition to the Post-Collaboration Period, which is marked by less frequent direct contact, allowing the relationships and initiatives established during the active phase to mature organically. This phase is 8 weeks.

Can you share some references of people that have done the course?

The nature of our collaboration is inherently discrete. To effectively uncover and create assignments, we leverage your own personal branding and network. This approach necessitates that we maintain confidentiality regarding our partnership, meaning we cannot always share references publicly. However, we are happy to communicate references on a private, individual basis when specifically requested.

I understand that finding a completely agreeable answer here is challenging. For our collaboration, it's important to clarify that it would encompass all potential clients, both those you might already have connections with and entirely new opportunities we pursue together.

What is the timeframe that you will be charging me commission on the successfully landed assignments?

The agreement includes a commission period of up to 12 months per assignment. After that, it's commission-free.
